ABSTRACT
Enterprise Resource Information System (ERIS) is a comprised solution for recruiting agencies and software consultants. This application maintains electronic database comprising of job applicants, clients and employers. User of this system can create and access details of all the information using advanced GUI screens. This is an application,which is used by a consultant to maintain his clients and employees status and shedule interviews for applicants.
Enterprise Resource Information System is mainly divided into three modules.
1.Marketer / Applicant
2.Recruiter/Employee
3.Administrator/Client

Marketer / Applicant:
Applicants : These are the ones who apply for the jobs to this consultancy.
Marketer   :   He is the one who motivates the applicants to apply for the job in the organization.
                 The marketer motivates the applicants for applying for the job in the organization. He enters the details of the new applicants. He can see the details of the existing applicants and search the applicants by their Id, skills, etc.,. He can also put the attachment of resume. All this information is used by the recruiter to conduct the test and arrange for the interviews of the selected applicants.
                     The marketer can also view the reports he is authorized to like applicant-detail-reports, skill-set reports etc.
Recruiter/Employee:
Employee   :These are those working in that consultancy. In this there are two types of employees. The first is the one working in that consultancy. And second is the one assigned to the clients through that consultancy. Basing on the client id we can differentiate the type of employees.
Recruiter    :Recruiter is the one who conducts the tests to the applicants and interviews to the selected candidates.
The recruiter uses the information entered by the applicant in the database to conduct the test to the applicants and arrange for the interviews to the candidates passing the test. He recruits the candidates passing the interview as employees in the organization. He assigns id and other related attributes to them.He has the privileges to view the details of the employees and modify their details, job orders and client details.
Administrator/Clients:
Client    :  Client is the one who out sources the recruitment work to the consultancy.
Administrator:   he is the one takes care off all the transactions in the consultancy.
Administrator takes care of the job orders and the client information. He is going to do the placement i.e., assigns the recruited employees to the clients by matching elements with that of the employee skills.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENT SPECIFICATION:
Hardware Requirements:
The Hardware components that are required  to run this Project were
                                         PROCESSOR     –      INTEL PENTIUM –II/III of not less than 350 MHz    
                                        (are mandatory and later recommended)
RAM                  –       The Ram capacity be not less than 64MB that is mandatory     
                         and later is recommended)    
             HARD DISK    –      2 GB hard disk is are recommended and the later
             MODEM            -       1200bps with internet connection .

Software Requirements:
In order for the user to work with the environment the user needs the     following software Requirements are
   Browser (Intenet Explorer/NetScape.etc)
   Web server or Internet connection
   Oracle 8i or later versions
