Buyers and Sellers information will be maintained by agent. Buyers are the customers who buy properties where as the sellers are the people who are selling the properties. Being available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and equipped with a list of essential tools and information. Our Property offers a one-stop search for your ideal property. Searching for a property is made easier with our property engine. In this project we provide one stop property for both residential and commercial properties. It saves your time by narrowing down your search for buyers/sellers, Agents or Finance Peoples. Our Property offers a one-stop to search for interested buyers, Agents or Finance Peoples. We are dedicated to make search fast and easy this innovative Affable Circle functions as an real estate community management system for a Club, Association, Corporation, Nonprofit or any other company or organization. It combines several online applications into one easy to use package. Now you too can build an Online Community or an Intranet system! The portal comes with several e-content modules, such as Event List, Links, Classifieds, News and Discussions.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW
The information of the entire firm will be maintained at a centralized data base any changes made by the other departs are known to the higher or lower departments instantly.

 EXISTING SYSTEM:
1.   The current system is a manual one where in the company maintains all the information in the form of records. There by collecting necessary information with require a manual search in the record(s).
2.    Transfer of information between different sections of the enterprise is in the form of documents or letters. Drafting letters will take time. 
3.   Manually approaching the person and confirming the availibity of the person do selection of a person for a task.
4.   Due to mismanagement the work is delayed to later date than the due date.
Unavailability of proper information to different levels of employees with in the firm.



 PROPOSED SYSTEM:
          The information of the entire firm will be maintained at a centralized data base and any changes made by a department are immediately known to other departments. The system provides interfaces through which a user can interact with different areas of application easily.   The system allows communication among various users to exchange information efficiently. The system allows to search for required information based on different criteria such as location, property type, cost etc.







MODULES
The system is proposed to have the following modules:
Administrator, Agents, Builders, Search, Finance
Administrator Module:
The administrator module authenticates different kinds of users and registers their details. Administrator maintains the entire application can add, delete and edit information regarding customers, agents and properties.
Agent Module:
Agent posts some properties through this web site. He/she uses this application as a platform to conduct their business. By getting registered as an agent, the builders may contact these people for advertising their ventures and selling the properties.
Builders Module:
A registered builder can contact agents in order to market the ventures. Financiers will be able to contact the registered builders and vice-versa. Builders can post new projects
Search Module:
The Search module is a Key module for this application. It enables customers to search for various kinds of properties through various search options. Search module provides facility to apply filters as well as it enables user to search properties by location.
Finance Module:
Financiers will be able to contact the registered builders and vice-versa. Typically the Financiers can have direct relation to customers as well as builders. They will be interacting with the builders and customers for extending finance.
